Shipping and Delivery


● Delays

Our products are sold in pre-order, the delay of production will therefore be around 120 working days starting from the end date of the sale period.

If you choose a makeup option, the delay may be extended by 5 to 6 weeks of working time by our makeup artist: Viridian House .

We are depending on our factory, our makeup artist and shipping companies, those delays may be increased or shortenned.


Shipping and Delivery

Dust of Dolls delivers worldwide.

The products will be sent to the delivery address specified by the buyer when ordering on our website.

The buyer will be contacted through email at least 48h before the shipping of the order, to confirm or modify its delivery adress.


The method of delivery is the colissimo with tracking and insurance with the real value of the package. This insurance is not mentionned on the package and therefore not an option.

We are legally obliged to join an invoice and payment proof to your package for customs, thus we can't underdeclare.

From the day of shipping of their order, the French residents should receive their order within 3 to 5 days.

It varies from one week to more for the other countries.

Due to the Covid pandemic and its worldwide impact, shipping delays may be longer. If the Colissimo services are not delivering or are overcrowded we may use some other services (Fedex or DHL mostly) with the same conditions as before.


We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage by the postal services. In case of damages occured during shipping, please contact us to find the more convenient solution.


Adress Modification

If you need to change the shipping adress on your order, please add the adress to your account first (your account > my adresses > add an adress), then contact us through your order history to ask to change the shipping adress.

We accept adress modification to the same shipping zone only, except for some specific occasion (like a personnal move to another country), please contact us if you need confirmation.

Some examples :

- your first adress was in France ➟ The new adress should be in France

- your first adress is in the UE ➟ The new adress must be in the UE

- your first adress is outside the UE ➟ The new adress has to stay outside the UE

We recently had to deal with a lot of adress changes because customers had sell their order to a new owner before shipping. Now any adress change request that is not a personnal move or fulfilling the above condition will not be accepted, and the customer will have to take care of the shipping to the new owner.
